·         It’s hard to pick just one entrée at the Canal Street Grille! This casual café offers veggie versions of classic Greek favorites, like vegetarian gyros and pitas filled with balsamic vegetables. A favorite is the Spanakopita spinach pie. Spinach and feta cheese wrapped in flaky phyllo pastry, Greek comfort food at its best!

·         Enjoy a meal among history in a spot close to where George Washington crossed the Delaware River at the elegant landmark that is the Washington Crossing Inn. Dine on their Grilled Asparagus Salad, topped with pickled red onion and frisee, combined with egg yolk and truffle aioli.

·         Recharge after a delightful day of shopping in Peddlers’ Village with Buttonwood Grill’s Vegetarian Shepherd’s Pie. Enjoy wild mushrooms, Tuscan greens, quinoa and cauliflower sealed in a potato crust, even better than mom used to make.

·         Grab dinner at the historic Washington House before a show at the Sellersville Theater. Begin the meal with Washington House Square Pierogies stuffed with garlic mashed potatoes, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut. Then dive into Housemade Ricotta Ravioli paired with autumn vegetables cooked in a basil almond pesto sauce. Make sure to bring your appetite!

·         Marsha Brown’s Eggplant Sticks are a star on the dinner menu at this popular, upscale Creole restaurant. You will feel the southern love with this Galatorie Style dish covered in powdered sugar and Béarnaise sauce.

·         Upscale small plates are the thing to order at the farm to table-focused restaurant, Earl’s Bucks County. Don’t miss their crispy Portobello Fries with roasted garlic aioli and pea shoots. Try their Mushroom and Asparagus Scampi served over bucatini in a lemon garlic butter sauce. Looking for something lighter? Any of their salads can be ordered with tofu. Sustainability at its tastiest.

·         Stop for lunch at the fresh-food focused, Chive Café in Lahaska, for the famous Killer Veggie Sandwich. Carefully created with fried artichoke hearts, hummus, red peppers, lettuce, shredded carrots and pickles all in a grilled pita. Cute café... killer sandwich.

·         Treat yourself to a sophisticated meal at the historic Black Bass Hotel. Indulge in a local favorite, the Grilled Vegetable, Brie and Mozzarella Ravioli made with tomato olive sauce topped with parmesan tuile and fresh basil.
