Loreta C. Rongione, 83, of Bensalem

Loreta C. Rongione of Bensalem, died on Monday at home. She was 83.

She was born in Philadelphia and has been a Bensalem resident for the past 40 years. She devoted her life to her children, grandchildren and all her extended family.

She was preceded in death by her husband Alexander and her parents Rafael and Giovannia (Iovannon) Scipione and a brother Vincent Scipione. She is survived by her children Michael Rongione (Sally) of Bensalem, Alexander Rongione (Theresa) of Langhorne and Michele Rynkiewicz; her grandchildren Alexandria, Raquel, Michael, Angela, Danielle, Jenna, Jenny and a great grandchild Nicolina; her sisters Dora Pacitti, Fran Petruzzelli and her sister in law Joan Scipione; along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday from 9:30 a.m. to the time of her funeral mass at 11 a.m. at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Road in Bensalem. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations in her name may be made to the charity of donor’s choice.
