Bensalem Man Cited for Diner Fight

Taylor Neilson instigated a fight at the Suburban Diner on Street Road in Feasterville.


On Friday, July 27, Lower Southampton police responded to the at about 3:15 a.m. for a disturbance.

, officers made contact with Taylor Neilson, 21, of Bensalem, who was identified as instigating a physical fight inside the diner during a verbal altercation.

While speaking with Neilson, officers detected the odor of alcohol coming from him and they asked him if he had been drinking. He told police that he had consumed six beers and registered .12 percent on a breath test.

Officers ran Neilson's driver's license, which came back as being suspended. Police officers told Neilson that his license would be confiscated and would be cited by mail for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Eric Borodotsky-Brotsky, 18, of Huntington Valley, another party involved in the incident, will be cited for disorderly conduct.
