Bensalem Man Uses Relative's Bank Card at Parx, Police Say

A Bensalem man allegedly used someone else's bank debit card to fund more than $600 in purchases at Parx Casino.

A 24-year-old Bensalem man who allegedly used a relative's bank debit card to fund more than $600 at Parx Casino is behind bars.

Bruce E. Gramiak Jr., of the 1700 block of Hulmeville Road, was arrested on Oct. 31 and charged with a felony count of accessing a device issued to another who did not authorize use, as well as misdemeanor counts of identity theft, receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking.

Gramiak, who shared the same residence with the victim, allegedly used the relative's Citizens Bank debit card on Oct. 1 to fund $643.35 at the Street Road casino, according to court documents. The victim reported the theft to Bensalem Police on Oct. 10, according to the affidavit of probable cause. 

Gramiak is being held in the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of 10 percent of $100,000 bail. He awaits a preliminary hearing next month.
