It is a sad thing. But before I say anything, my question is Was he in a cross walk? Because from what I am understanding he wasnt.

I don't think there are any in that area, but I could be wrong. I do know that there are traffic lights in that vicinity, so there may be one.

The gentleman was not in a crosswalk (there isn't one there, nor is there a streetlight, a traffic light, or a sidewalk). The cause of the accident, per the police report, is a pedestrian's failure to yeild. This is sad for all involved.

I just wanted everyone to know that I have changed my medication and everything is better for now. I'm sorry for everything I have said. You are all great and wonderful people. Wendy

TY for the info Lydia. I happened to go by there today, and you are correct. Bottom line, it is very sad for all involved. I pray he (Mr. Rivera) is getting better. @ Wendy S: TY for the good laugh. I haven't had such a good laugh in a LONG time. Let's see you continue after you have been reported for impersonating myself.
