Cops: Street Road 7-Eleven Robbed at Gunpoint

Police say a man and woman worked together to steal cash from a Bensalem 7-Eleven Thursday night.

The Bensalem Police Department are looking for a man and a woman that officers say worked together to rob the 7-Eleven at gunpoint at approximately 10:20 p.m. Thursday.

According to a release from the police department, a black woman with dark sunglasses and a blonde wig entered the store located at 1644 Street Road and approached the counter.

Police say the woman acted like she was purchasing some gum when a black man entered the store wearing a brown and yellow striped hooded sweatshirt, dark blue jeans and a hockey goalie mask covering his face.

The man held a black, semi-automatic handgun and told the employees not to move, according to the report, then stole an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the scene.
