Dodgeball Teams Needed for Charity Tournament
Throw balls at other people for a good cause.
Teams are needed to play dodgeball this Saturday for a good cause.
The 7th Annual Bensalem Township Dodgeball Tournament is being held on Dec. 1 at the Armstrong Middle School, 2201 Street Road. Registration starts at 8 a.m. and play begins at 9 a.m.

The event, sponsored by the township Public Safety Department, benefits underprivileged children in Bensalem. It promises to be a lot of fun. Check out the attached video of last year's tournament for proof.
The township is looking for six-player teams, which can be male or female or co-ed. All players must be 18 or older.

Other rules include:
- Athletic sneakers only, no exceptions.
- All teams must be registered prior to Nov. 29 at 4 p.m.
- The tournament is limited to first 32 teams registered.
- Admission will be one new unwrapped toy per player or spectator, no exceptions.
The township is asking for monetary donations from the team, or personal donations along with a toy. This will be greatly appreciated, a release stated.
An award will be given to the first place team.
