Event Planned to Benefit Danny Mac Fund

Event includes beef, beer, music and good times.

Area residents will have a chance to get out and have a good time for a good cause.

A is being held to benefit the Daniel McIntosh Memorial Fund on Saturday, Sept. 10.

The event is held in commemoration of Bensalem emergency medical services paramedic Daniel "Danny Mac" McIntosh who died last March.

McIntosh, a thirteen-year veteran of Bensalem EMS, suffered a major heart attack after responding to a distress call and died later at Aria Health's Torresdale campus at Red Lion and Knight's Road. He was 39 years old.

The event will be held at , 3258 Knights Road. Appearing live will be the Philadelphia Police and Fire Pipes and Drums, Stem, No Irish Need Apply and Saturn.

Tickets are $25. All proceeds benefit the Memorial Fund.
