Police say an employee of an area exterminating service has been charged with theft and are seeking the public’s help into the investigation.
Officials from Northampton Township Police Department said Nolan Brad Walters of Walters Exterminating Service has been charged with theft while performing services at a local residence.
“If you are, or have been a client of Walters Exterminating and suspect that you have been a victim of theft, you are asked to call Det. Stark at 215-322-6111,” the police announcement said.
According to a report by Fox29, a Bucks County woman said Walters stole $340 from a drawer inside her home last month and $300 more from the same place last week.
Investigators set up a camera on her bookshelf that captured the second theft, Fox29 reported.
The victim said she had been using Walters Exterminating Services for more than a decade, and she said Nolan had done the work himself for the past two years.
According to its website, Walters Exterminating Service is family owned and operated and was established in 1964. It services Northeast Philadelphia, Eastern Montgomery County and Lower Bucks County.
