Harassment Charges Filed After Jan. 1 Altercation

Two people were charged with harassment after an altercation, according to state police reports.

The following information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Police Trevose station. Where an arrest is listed, it does not indicate a conviction. For full details from the police reports including names, please click on the attached PDF files.

On Jan. 1, 2013 at 2:31 a.m., state police arrived at 235 N. Bellevue Ave., Langhorne Borough, to investigate an incident. Cheryl Lynn Swiss, a 41-year-old from Langhorne, engaged in a physical altercation with Keith McQuade-Sabat, a 32-year-old from Brick, NJ. Charges for harassment were filed against both Swiss and McQuade-Sabat at Magisterial District .
