Langhorne Man Sentenced for Burglary

Brian Funari got 4-12 months.

 

A Bucks County man who was arrested for burglary on Aug. 30 was recently sentenced.

According to the PhillyBurbs.com court log, Brian Funari, 29, of the 100 block of N. Bellview Avenue, Langhorne, pleaded guilty to burglary, theft and criminal mischief. He was sentenced to confinement of 4-12 months, given credit for time served, ordered to pay costs and $275.06 restitution, have no contact with victim.

At 1:27 a.m., Funari, 29, was arrested in the 2500 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with burglary, criminal trespass, attempted theft and related offenses.

He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.
