Local Man Killed in Poconos Crash

Driver dies and four passengers injured.

According to the Pocono Record, a Bensalem man was killed and four juvenile boys riding in his car were injured Saturday.

The article stated that William Joseph Cook, 44, lost control of his GMC Sierra on a turn on Route 402 North in Palmyra Township, Pike County.

Police reported that the vehicle went airborne over an embankment and struck a telephone pole with its windshield. The four juveniles suffered minor injuries.
