On Sept. 27, a local disabled teen was located in Connecticut after being reported missing two weeks earlier in Bensalem.
According to a PhillyBurbs article, Ana Marie Jimenez Hernandez, 16, was found with her convicted sex offender father Victor Luis Laboy at a relative’s house in Hartford, Conn.
Bensalem police issued a press release on Sept. 17 noting that the teen had an intellectual disability. She was last seen Friday, Sept. 14, police said.
The teen had been living in a foster home when she went missing and is now in a new foster home in Philadelphia, according to the story. She was physically unharmed.
Laboy, 41, of Philadelphia, faces charges of interfering with the custody of children, Sgt. Andrew Aninsman told PhillyBurbs.
