Bensalem Police said Drysdale walked the 79-year-old woman home from a Christmas party on Dec. 17, prior to the alleged assault.

According to court documents, later in the evening, “she was awakened by a male subject on top of her.” After waking, police said the woman saw the man, whom she identified as “Doug,” the son of another resident of the facility “get off of her, pull up his pants and leave the apartment,” according to court documents.
