Men Charged with Burglarizing Home

Two men are behind bars after allegedly breaking into a Bensalem home and stealing various items.

Tyler Joseph Gallagher, 20, of the 100 block of Thunder Circle in Bensalem and Timothy Perez, 21, who has no fixed address, were arrested on Dec. 6 and each charged with eight felony burglary, theft, conspiracy and criminal trespass charges, as well as two related summary charges.

Police allege that Gallagher and Perez conspired to break into a Wunder Avenue home in Bensalem on Dec. 3. The men allegedly stole a Nexus tablet, an Asus laptop, an Acer laptop, money and jewelry worth more than $2,000. 

Gallagher and Perez are being held in Bucks County Correctional facility in lieu of 10 percent of $50,000 bail. Both have preliminary hearings tentatively scheduled for Dec. 19.
