Officials: Search for Swimmers a Recovery Effort

The two teenagers have been missing since 11 p.m. Tuesday night.

Thirteen hours into the search for two missing teens in Neshaminy Creek, and the operation has turned from a rescue to a recovery effort, according to Bensalem Safety Director Fred Harran.

Dive crews, helicopters and K-9 patrols are searching an approximately 15 to 20 mile stretch of choppy, murky water and banks between Neshaminy Falls and the Delaware River, Harran said.

CBS Philly reports that the two teens have been identified as Dan Tadrzynski, 18, and Perry Krewson, 19.

Marine units from the Pennsylvania State Police, New Jersey State Police and the Coast Guard are assisting with the search.
