Carlos Serrano will spend 8-20 years in state prison.

DOYLESTOWN — On Friday, Feb. 11, Carlos Serrano, 63, of Vandike Street in Philadelphia, was sentenced  in Bucks County Court to eight to 20 years incarceration after admitting to sexually molesting two Bensalem girls, according to a report on PhillyBurbs.com.

According to reporter Laurie Mason Schroeder, Serrano pleaded guilty in June to numerous counts of unlawful contact with a minor, aggravated indecent assault and related crimes. He was arrested in January 2010, the story stated.

In addition to his sentence, Serrano was declared a sexually violent predator under Megan’s Law, which means his neighborhood will be notified when he gets out of prison.
