Philadelphia Police Need Help Finding Missing Woman
She has dementia and frequents Parx and Sugarhouse casinos.
On Monday, Jan. 2, Judith Franzen was last seen at approximately 1:30 p.m. at her residence on the 6200 block of Cottage Street.
Franzen, 73, suffers from dementia and diabetes, police said, noting that she frequents and Sugar House Casinos.

She is 4’9” and 113 lbs. Her eyes are green and her hair is brown. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a red coat
