Police Announce 18 Arrests

Charges include warrants, theft, DUI and public drunkenness.

Between March 25 and March 28, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On March 25 at 10 a.m., Timothy Jaroski, 23, of the 3300 block of Kayford Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2200 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On March 25 at 4:05 p.m., Maria Michelle Mendez, 25, of the 2800 block of Brighton Place, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

On March 25 at 5:01 p.m., Ryan Nicholas Brown, 20, of the 1400 block of Neshaminy Valley Drive, was arrested at his residence on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On March 25 at 8:08 p.m., Raymondo Ayers, 36, of the 800 block of E. Hilton Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2200 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Upper Darby. He was turned over to Upper Darby Detectives.

On March 25 at 9:26 p.m., Joseph J. Ryan, 35, of the 10000 block of Verree Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He will receive a summons.

On March 26 at 2:22 a.m., Porpnnipa Pimwong, 31, of the 3100 block of Knights Road, was arrested in the 2500 block of Knights Road, and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On March 26 at 9 a.m., Timothy Barnes, 46, of the 500 block of Edgewood Avenue, and Holly M. Greenleaf, 29, of the 3600 block of Janney Street, Philadelphia, were arrested in the 2200 block Lincoln Highway, Trevose on outstanding warrants out of Philadelphia. They were turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On March 26 at 2:26 p.m., Jamie Dougherty, 32, of the 2700 block of Woodsview Drive, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

On March 26 at 3:57 p.m., Mark A. Allen, 52, of the 100 block of Casey Lane, was arrested at 3554 Street Road, and charged with public drunkenness. He was issued a citation.

On March 26 at 7:42 p.m., Elianora Shvarts, 53, of the 3300 block of Fuller Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in , and charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property. He will receive a citation.

On March 27 at 1:55 a.m., Gary Steven Sullivan, 31, of the 3700 block of Pitt Place, Philadelphia, was arrested at Street Road and Knights Road, and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On March 27 at 3:30 p.m., Angel Soto-Aleman, 24, of the 2400 block of Jasper Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at the Finish Line Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. He will be issued a citation.

On March 27 at 7:45 p.m., Derrick Lynn Reed, 31, of the 700 block of Lynwood Drive, Trevose, was arrested in the 3400 block Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He will be issued a citation.

On March 28 at 9:27 a.m., Barbara L. Williamson, 22, of the 100 block of Stream Court, Chalfont, was arrested in the 1300 block of Bristol Pike on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. She was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On March 28 at 11:57 a.m., Mark Allen Ludwig, 26, of the 2900 block of Windsor Drive, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with theft by deception and receiving stolen property. He will receive a summons.

On March 28 at 11:57 a.m., Michael J. O’Sullivan, age 23, of the 3400 block of Morrow Drive, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

On March 28 at 5:23 p.m., Rickie Johnson, 22, of the 1200 block of W. Sergeant Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3400 block Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.
