Police Announce 24 Recent Arrests
Charges included criminal mischief, retail theft and outstanding warrants.
The Bensalem Township Police Department made the following arrests Jan. 14-17:
On Jan. 14 at 9:30 a.m., Bryant Hightower, 33, of the 3800 block of N 13th Street was arrested in the 2900 block Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with criminal mischief. He was issued a citation.
On Jan. 14 at 9:30 a.m., Victor Scurry, 53, and Tinika Hogan, 36, both of the 1700 block of Tomlinson Street, Philadelphia, were arrested in the 2300 block Street Road, and charged with retail theft. They were sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $40,000 bail each.

On Jan 14 at 2:26 p.m., Isasiah Nynangar, 19, of the 6800 block of Roosevelt Boulevard, Philadelphia, was arrested in the , , and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.
On Jan 14 at 2:26 p.m., a 15-year-old male from Philadelphia was arrested in the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

On Jan. 14 at 3:40 p.m., Milagros Pavon, 67 and Janet Pavon, 47, both of the 2200 block of Longshore Avenue, Philadelphia, were arrested in the , Neshaminy Mall, and charged with retail theft. They were both sent to Bucks County Prison. Milagros Pavon in lieu of $10,000 bail and Janet Pavon in lieu of $465 fines and cost.
On Jan. 14 at 4:07 p.m., Jessica Koob, 33, of the 600 block of Old Street Rd., Trevose, was arrested in the FYE Store, Neshaminy Mall, and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.
On Jan. 14 at 6:11 p.m., Pavel Leyzerzon, 23, of the 400 block of Pebble Ridge Court, Langhorne, was arrested in the 2200 block Bristol Road and charged with retail theft. He was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
On Jan. 14 at 7:20 p.m., a 14-year-old male from Philadelphia was arrested in the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall, and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.
On Jan. 14 at 7:48 p.m., John Sousa Palaio, 38, of Pleasant Avenue, Langhorne, was arrested in the Sears Department Store, Neshaminy Mall, and charged with retail theft. He will receive a summons.
On Jan. 14 at 8:45 p.m., Nicholas C. Kenny, 24, of the 6900 block of Jackson Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2200 block Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.
On Jan. 15 at 1:10 a.m., Howard Williams, 33, of the 4200 block of Ormond Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2200 block Lincoln Highway, Trevose, on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.
On Jan. 15 at 1:10 a.m., Danea Brown, 20, of the 7000 block of Radbourne Road, Upper Darby, was arrested in the 2200 block Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Delaware County. She was transported to Bucks County Prison to await Delaware County Sheriffs Department.
On Jan. 15 at 1:45 a.m., Lavar Davis, 33, of the 6700 block of N. 17th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2700 block Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Norristown. He was turned over to Norristown Police Department.
On Jan. 15 at 2:40 a.m., Michael Robert Colbert Hepp, 19, of the 1100 block of Gregg Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 4400 block Bristol Road and charged with criminal mischief. He was issued a citation.
On Jan. 15 at 9:45 a.m., Eric Durso, 25, of the 3800 block of Bensalem Boulevard, was arrested in the 1600 block Horace Court, and charged with criminal mischief. He was issued a citation.
On Jan. 15 at 1:32 a.m., Roxanne Reed, 27, of the 2800 block of Disston Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. She was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.
On Jan. 15 at 11:30 p.m., Michael Dennis O’Neill, 21, of the 500 block of Elmwood Avenue, Trevose, was arrested at Brownsville Road and Wunder Avenue on an outstanding warrant out of Lower Southampton Township. He was turned over to Lower Southampton Police.
On Jan. 16 at 1:59 p.m., Claudine Dyas, 41, of the 4900 block of Oak Avenue, Trevose was arrested in the 2300 block Street Road, and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.
On Jan. 16 at 4 p.m., Kevin Sen, 50, of the 6300 block of Sylvester Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the Sears Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.
On Jan. 17 at 1 p.m., Tania Sumba, 28, of the 2100 block of Coina Avenue, Queens, N.Y., was arrested in the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $3,500 bail.
On Jan. 17 at 3:21 p.m., a 17-year-old male and a 15-year-old male, both from Philadelphia, were arrested in the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. Juvenile criminal allegation will be filed for the 17 year old. The 15 year old was issued a citation.
