Police Arrest Fugitive from Justice, Trespasser

Bristol man wanted in New Jersey awaits extradition.

On April 26, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 11:47 a.m., Miguel Hernandez Avila, 25, of the 1700 block of Bath Road, Bristol, was arrested at Gibson Rd and Bensalem Boulevard on an outstanding fugitive from justice warrant out of Hudson County, N.J. He was sent to Bucks County Prison to await extradition.

At 8:50 p.m., Kimberly Tully, 41, of the 4900 block of Oxford Court, was arrested in the 2100 block of Galloway Road and charged with defiant trespass. She will receive a non-traffic citation.
