Police Arrest Fugitive Named 'Outlaw'
John Outlaw was wanted on a warrant out of Richmond, Va.
arrested an outlaw yesterday, but it wasn't Josie Wales. It was a Philadelphia man with an appropriate name who was wanted on a warrant out of Virginia.
John Outlaw (yes, that’s right a fugitive named Outlaw) was arrested in the 2200 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose.

Outlaw, 56, of the 1000 block of S. 53rd Street, Philadelphia, was wanted on an outstanding fugitive from justice warrant out of Richmond, Va.
He was sent to Bucks County Prison to await extradition.
