Police Arrest Three Juveniles

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Monday, Jan. 30, made the following arrests:

At 9 a.m., a 15-year-old male from Trevose was charged with disorderly conduct in the 4300 block of Hulmeville Road. He will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel (YAP).

At 9:30 a.m., a 15-year-old male from Bensalem was charged with disorderly conduct in the 4300 block of Hulmeville Road. He will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel (YAP).

At 7:15 p.m., a 16-year-old female from Newtown was charged with retail theft in the 2300 block of Street Road. She will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel (YAP).

At 7:15 p.m., James Michael Hye, 48 was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He will receive a citation.
