Warrant Arrest, Simple Assaults, DUI and More Reported in Blotter

In addition to six incidents of retail theft, the Bensalem Township Police department also detailed several other incidents in a recent blotter, including a warrant arrest, a DUI, two simple assault arrests and a citation for disorderly conduct.

Mechanicsville Rd Bensalem 

James Joseph Woods, age 19, of the 1300 block of Gibson Rd., Bensalem was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

SIMPLE ASSAULT                                    12/29/12                                    1545 hrs

3200 block Adams Ct., Bensalem 

A 29-year-old woman of the 3200 block Adams Ct., Bensalem was arrested and charged with simple assault and harassment. She was released on $30,000 unsecured bail.

SIMPLE ASSAULT                                    12/30/12                                    2141 hrs

1900 block Beech La., Bensalem 

A 37-year-old woman of the 1900 block of Beech La., Bensalem was arrested and charged with simple assault and harassment. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT                        12/30/12                                    0030 hrs

3300 block Bristol Rd., Bensalem 

A 53-year-old man of the 5800 block Michael Dr., Bensalem was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He will receive a citation.           

DUI                                                            12/30/12                                    0004 hrs

4200 block Galloway Rd., Bensalem 

A 39-year-old woman of the 3000 block of Bristol Pk., Bensalem was arrested and charged with DUI, careless driving and failure to drive within the lane. She will receive a summons.
