Police Charge Four with Retail Theft

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

 

There were four retail theft arrests in Bensalem yesterday.

On Wednesday, July 25, made the following arrests:

At 1:52 p.m., Christine Montervino, 44, of the 200 block of McKinley Street, Bristol, was arrested in the , and charged with retail theft. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $70,000 bail.

At 5:16 p.m., Elio Mertiri, 18, of the 100 block of Cliffwood Road, Philadelphia, and a 16-year-old male from Phila, were arrested in the 3400 block Horizon Boulevard, Trevose, and charged with retail theft. They were issued citations.

At 6:10 p.m., Oksana Nazaruk, 24, of the 9900 block of Haldeman Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at the , Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.
