Police Charge One with Drunk Driving, Another with Theft

On Monday, May 9, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 2:54 p.m., Joann Jones Yollin, age 48, of the 10000 block of E. Pelle Circle, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 1300 block of Bristol Pike, and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

At 6:50 p.m., Sean Cubbage, age 36, of the 10,000 block of Calera Road, Philadelphia, was arrested at Bristol Pike and Cedar Avenue, and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.
