Police Charge Six with DUI, Assault, Related Offenses

Bensalem police made six recent arrests.

Between Dec. 1-Dec. 2, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Dec. 1 at 8:13 a.m., a 49-year-old Philadelphia man was charged with resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct in the 2900 block of Street Road. Officer will proceed with charges via summons.

On Dec. 1 at 10:53 p.m., a 58-year-old Philadelphia man was charged with DUI at Street and Richlieu roads. Officer will proceed with charges via summons.

On Dec. 1 at 11:38 p.m., a 56-year-old Bensalem man was charged with DUI at Hulmeville Road and Washington Avenue. He will be charged with DUI via summons.

On Dec. 2 at 2:51 a.m., a 17-year-old juvenile from Bensalem was arrested in the 3400 block of Bristol Pike and charged with simple assault, terroristic threats, harassment and REAP.  The juvenile was transported to Edison.

On Dec. 2 at 3:04 a.m., a 17-year-old juvenile from Bensalem was charged with DUI and junior driver’s license violation in the 3500 block of Bristol Pike.  Officer will proceed with charges via Juvenile Allegation.  The juvenile was released to his father.

On Dec. 2 at 6:41 p.m., a 33-year-old Valley Forge woman was charged with harassment in the 2200 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose. Officer will proceed with charges via non-traffic citation.
