Police Charge Two with Theft, Fraud
The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.
On Tuesday, Nov. 1 at 7 p.m., Bensalem police charged two individuals from Philadelphia with multiple counts of fraud and theft.
Soumaila Boakai, 27, of the 2700 block of Welsh Road, and Ahmed Janneh, 20, of the 6800 block of Oxford Avenue, were arrested and charged with 19 counts of access device fraud/counterfeit, 16 counts of access device fraud possession, three counts theft by unlawful taking and three counts of receiving stolen property.
They were sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail each.

The incident occurred in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard.
