Police, FBI Apprehend Guatemalan Murder Suspect

Neftaci De Jesus Ortega is wanted for triple homicide.

On June 8 at 2:45 p.m., Bensalem police and the FBI Bucks County Violent Gang Task Force apprehended Neftaci De Jesus Ortega on homicide charges.

Ortega, 26, was arrested in the 2000 block of Street Road and taken into custody without incident.

The Task Force has been following up leads as to Ortega’s location. He is wanted out of Guatemala on a triple homicide that occurred in March of 2011.

Ortega allegedly gunned down a father, mother and child in Guatemala. A second child was also shot, but survived due to the child pretending to be dead.

Ortega was also in the United States illegally and will be deported to back Guatemalan authorities.
