Police ID Teen Driver in Fatal Accident
He faces multiple charges related to the crash.
Philadelphia police have identified the 15-year-old driver who drove his mother’s car into another vehicle at Academy & Willits Roads killing one of its passengers, a young man from Bensalem, early yesterday morning.
Killed in the accident was Daniel Fouracre, 22, of the 5200 block of Mallard Drive.
The teen driver, Winston Charleston, of the 7100 block of State Road, Philadelphia, has been charged with murder, aggravated assault, involuntary manslaughter, homicide by vehicle, accident involving death-no license, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and unauthorized use of an auto.
