Police Make 10 Arrests

Charges include disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, warrants, robbery, assault, harassment, theft and receiving stolen property.

On Tuesday, May 10, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 4:04 a.m., Deborah Walley, 46, of the 2000 block of Marvine Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 5200 block of Bensalem Boulevard and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. She was issued citations.

At 9:50 a.m., Edward Joseph Bennett, 30, of the 3100 block of Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was transported to Philadelphia County Prison.

At 11:12 a.m., Linda Ennis, 49, of the 1800 block of Bridgetown Pike, Feasterville, was arrested at Street Road and Reading Avenue, on an outstanding Pa. State warrant. She was turned over to the Inspector General’s Office.

At 1:02 p.m., Kevin D. During, 49, of the 400 block of N. Delmore Avenue, Morrisville, was arrested in the Radio Shack, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.

At 2:40 p.m., Maliq Scott Smith, age 20, of the 13000 block of Townsend Rd., Phila was arrested at the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.

At 3:58 p.m., two 16-year-old males and a 17-year-old male, all from Philadelphia, were arrested at the Shoe Depot, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. They were issued citations.

At 8:03 p.m., Jenna Denise Brady, 21, of the 3000 block of Prospect Avenue, Trevose, was arrested in the 4600 block of Oak Avenue, Trevose and charged with robbery, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

At 9:06 p.m., George W. Retallick, 35, of the 200 block of w. Broad Street, Quakertown, was arrested in the 2300 block Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with robbery, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.
