Police Make 10 Arrests

Charges included robbery, assault, weapons, theft, warrants and disorderly conduct.

 

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Between Oct. 29-30, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Oct. 29 at 3:29 p.m., Brad Kasperitis, 23, of Lackland, FL, was charged with disorderly conduct. He was issued a non-traffic citation.

On Oct. 30 at 4:30 a.m., Deshawn Andrew, 23, of the 2000 block of Finch Drive; Cory Walker, 22, of the 20 block of Perennial Drive, Fairless Hills; and Michael Nottingham, 22, of the 1200 block of Primrose Court, Bensalem, were arrested in the 5900 block of Washington Lane, and charged with robbery, simple assault, aggravated assault with a weapon, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, possession of an instrument of crime and disorderly conduct.  They were arraigned in front of Judge Falcone and sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail each.

On Oct. 30 at 9:20 a.m., Michael Perry McQuain, 48, of the 3200 block of Sandy Lane, was arrested in the 2400 block of Byberry Road on an outstanding warrant out of Allegheny County. He was taken to Bucks County Prison to await Allegheny County Sheriff’s Department.

On Oct. 30 at 12:28 p.m., Matthew Sapienza, 26, of the 1900 block of Juniper Court, and Erin M. Colca, 33, of the 4500 block of Old Oak Road, Doylestown, were arrested in the 2700 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. They will receive citations.

On Oct. 30 at 12:58 p.m., a 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old male, both from Bensalem, were arrested in the and charged with retail theft. They were issued citations.

On Oct. 30 at 3:32 p.m., 16-year-old male from Bensalem was arrested in the 6500 block of Neshaminy Valley Drive on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. In addition he was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was taken to Edison Juvenile Detention Center.
