Police Make 11 Weekend Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Between Sept. 17 and Sept. 19, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Sept. 16 at 4:10 p.m., Lisa Ann Eismann, 19, of the 1500 block of Leon Circle, Langhorne, was arrested at the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

On Sept. 17 at 2:30 a.m., Kenneth Griffin, 45, of the 10 block of Barclay Road, Hainsport, N.J., was arrested in the 1200 block of Street Road, and charged with disorderly conduct. He will receive a citation.

On Sept. 17 at 2:30 a.m., Joseph F. Huber, 48, of the 1000 block of Temperance Lane, Richboro, was arrested in the 1200 block of Street Road, and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Sept. 17 at 5:59 p.m., Shawn Patrick Ryan Young, 23, of the 2500 block of Tulip Street, Philadelphia, and a 16-year-old female from Philadelphia were arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. They were issued a citation.

On Sept. 18 at 12:35 a.m., Michael E. Mitman, 27, of the100 block of Allentown Road, Souderton, was arrested at Street Road and Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Sept. 18 at 1:55 a.m., Melinda R. Lee, 33, of the 1800 block of Welsh Road, Philadelphia, was arrested at Richlieu and Street roads, and charged with DUI. She will receive a summons.

On Sept. 18 at 3:40 a.m., Paul Young, 25, of the3800 block of N. 13th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2600 block of Bristol Pike and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Sept. 18 at 6:58 a.m., Walter George McClain, 34, of the 12000 block of Medford Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2700 block of Mechanicsville Road and charged with burglary, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and criminal trespass. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

On Sept. 18 at 3:53 p.m., Leann Elizabeth Brittain, 22, of the 3000 block of Fairdale Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

On Sept. 18 at 11:50 p.m., Samuel Ruiz-Juarez, 47, of the 3100 block Street Road, was charged with open container of alcoholic beverage in public. He will receive a citation.
