Police Make 11 Weekend Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Between Nov. 18-20, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Nov. 18 at 10:37 a.m., Karyssa Taylor Shatz, 19, of the 30 block of Magnolia Court, Trevose, was arrested in the 2700 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. She was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On Nov. 18 at 1:25 p.m., Marie E. Efrid, 30, of the 2500 block of Knights Road, was arrested in the 2500 block of Dunksferry Road on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. In addition, she was issued citations for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct then turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On Nov. 18 at 4:17 a.m., Jaime Lynn Kusen, 28, of the 4300 block of Salmon Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She will receive a summons.

On Nov. 18 at 4:49 p.m., Michael W. Bergey, 20, of the 400 block of Elm Avenue, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. In addition, he as issued citations for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness then turned over to Bucks County Sheriffs Department.

On Nov. 19 at 12:26 a.m., April Noel McLawhorn, 25, of the 2000 block of Brown Avenue, was arrested in the 2100 block of Dunksferry Road and charged with DUI. She will receive a summons.

On Nov. 19 at 11:50 a.m., Shawn Angelo Francesangeli, 31, of the 1400 block of Neshaminy Valley Drive, was arrested at his residence and charged with simple assault and harassment. He was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.

On Nov. 19 at 1:55 p.m., Sean A. Perry, 23, of the 2000 block of N. 2nd Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3300 block of Richlieu Road and charged with criminal trespass. He was issued a citation.

On Nov. 19 at 6:34 p.m., Jeff Phillip Reim, 37, of the 1100 block of Oriole Drive, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

On Nov. 20 at 12:32 a.m., Donna M. Sheppard, 48, of the 27000 block of High Avenue, was arrested at Bensalem Boulevard and Bridgewater Road and charged with DUI. She will receive a summons.

On Nov. 20 at 1 a.m., Charles E. Pettit, Jr., 47, of the 1000 block of Elwood Avenue, was arrested at his residence and charged with public drunkenness. She was issued a citation.

On Nov. 20 at 10:12 p.m., Liliya Vakhrusheva, 26, of the 1900 block of Veterans Highway, Levittown, was arrested 3400 Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She will receive a summons.
