Police Make 12 Weekend Arrests

Charges included harassment, public drunkenness, DUI, warrants, conspiracy, aggravated indecent assault, theft and disorderly conduct.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Between July 14-17, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On July 14 at 7:58 p.m., Roy Robbins, 58, of the 3000 block of Bristol Road, was charged with harassment at his residence. He will receive a citation.

On July 14 at 11:41 p.m., Melanie Frances Tooher, 29, of the 900 block of Bristol Pike, was charged with public drunkenness at her residence. She will receive a citation.

On July 15 at 3 p.m., David J. Hans, 31, of the 50 block of Granite Road, Levittown, was arrested at Street Road and Mechanicsville Road and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On July 15 at 9 p.m., Vincent Jay Hilliard, Jr., 21, of the100 bock of Thunder Circle, was arrested in the 3900 block Rockhill Drive, on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On July 16 at 12:27 a.m., Dominique Singleton, 20, and Demetrius John Cain, 23, both of the 4600 block of Boudino Street, Philadelphia, were arrested at Lincoln Highway and Interplex Drive. Singleton was charged with receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Cain was charged with receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, driving without a license and no registration. They were released on $25,000 unsecured bail each.

On July 16 at 5:46 a.m., Michael J. Seebach, 23, of the 1800 block of Ford Road, Bristol, was arrested in the 100 block of Thunder Circle and charged with aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault without consent. He was released on $50,000 unsecured bail.

On July 16 at 3:21 p.m., Nicole Cimino, 21, of the 5700 block Dunbar Boulevard, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard and charged with retail theft. She will receive a summons.

On July 16 at 4:21 p.m., Dequan Anthony Holman, 20, of Greenbriar Row, Princeton, N.J., was arrested at Hollister Store, and charged with retail theft. He received a citation.

On July 17 at 1:31 a.m., Angela Christine Serbin, 23, of the 1100 block of Clayton Avenue, Trevose, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway and charged with disorderly conduct. She will receive a citation.

On July 17 at 2:40 a.m., Andrew Boegly, 23, of the 6900 block of Torresdale Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested at Forrest and Virginia avenues, on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On July 17 at 11:54 p.m., Kathleen Clevenger, 44, of the 3500 block of Churchill Lane, Philadelphia, was arrested at Bensalem Boulevard and Portside Drive on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant unit.
