Police Make 13 Weekend Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Between May 4-6, made the following arrests:

On May 4 at 12:11 a.m., Theresa McDermott, 53, of the 300 block of Playwicki Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 4700 block Neshaminy Boulevard and charged with DUI. She will receive a summons.

On May 4 at 12:38 a.m., Tracy Lynn Doran, 35, of the 400 block of Second Street, Croydon, was arrested in the 2800 block of Street Road on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. In addition she was charged with DUI. She was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department and will receive a summons for the DUI charges.

On May 4 at 3:41 p.m., Sharon J. Weishedel, 49, of the 300 block of Skyline Drive, Trevose, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

On May 4 at 5:08 p.m., Tyre Mason, 19, of the 3100 block of Knights Road, and a 16-year-old female, also from Bensalem, were arrested in the 2200 block of Bristol Road and charged with retail theft. They were issued a citation.

On May 4 at 8:34 p.m., Michael Bartsavage, 55, of the 200 block of Walnut Avenue, Croydon, was arrested in the 2900 block of Street Road and charged with DUI and careless driving. He will receive a summons.

On May 4 at 8:30 p.m., Erin C. Dawson, 20, of the 1500 block of Neshaminy Boulevard, was arrested at the , and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

On May 4 at 9 p.m., Rhiann Burgess, 24, of the 1300 block of Woodburne Road, Levittown, was arrested at the , Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

On May 4 at 9:20 p.m., Carlos Eduardo Delgado, 19, of the 6800 block of Large Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

On May 5 at 1:02 a.m., James Shackelton, 53, of the 5400 block of N. 12th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2700 block Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On May 5 at 8:47 p.m., Jermaine Chisholm, 33, of the 6200 block of Marsdon Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2700 block Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On May 5 at 10:32 p.m., Shaquille Garcia, 18, of the 3500 block of Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, and a 17-year-old male also from Philadelphia were arrested in the 1300 block of Bristol Pike and charged with simple assault and harassment. Garcia will receive a summons and Juvenile Criminal Allegations will be filed for the 17 year old.

On May 6 at 5:46 p.m., Brian Perking, 26, of the 3500 block of Kensington Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested at the , Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Correction

On the April 18 daily press released it was incorrectly reported that Tania J Mancino of the 700 block of Bache Lane was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

It should have read: On April 17 at 12:21 a.m., April Marie Stinger, 22, of the 600 block of Old Street Road, Trevose, was arrested at Tathm Road and Branche Lane on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. She was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.
