Police Make 14 Weekend Arrests

Charges included prescription fraud, disorderly conduct, warrants, public drunkenness, peddling without a permit, harassment and aggravated assault.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Between March 30-April 1, made the following arrests:

On March 30 at 12:50 p.m., Jennifer Margaret Jackson, 28, of the 3400 block of Knights Road, was arrested in the 2400 block of Street Road and charged with 4 counts of prescription fraud. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.

On March 30 at 10:50 p.m., Alibek Shaymardanov, 29, of the 9300 block of Lansford Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2500 block of Paris Avenue and charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and harassment. He will receive a summons.

On March 31 at 1:30 a.m., a 16-year-old female from Bensalem was arrested in the 900 block of Bristol Pike and charged with simple assault and harassment. She was taken to Edison Juvenile Detention Center.           

On March 31 at 7:45 a.m., Raymond Vadys, 27, of the 2800 block of Cedar Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2700 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to the Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On March 31 at 10:17 a.m., Richard Estrada, 53, of the 800 block of Latona Street, Philadelphia, was arrested on Rockhill Drive and charged with public drunkenness. He was issued a citation.

On March 31 at 1 p.m., Kimberly E. O’Leary, 47, of the 500 block of Windsor Court, was arrested at State and Mill roads on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. She was turned over to the Philadelphia Police Warrant unit.

On March 31 at 4:52 p.m., Sean Ruddy, 37, of the 3600 block of Newberry Road, Philadelphia, and Christopher A. Presti, 51, of the 3400 block of Newberry Road, Philadelphia, were charged with violation for the Township Code prohibiting peddling/solicitation without a permit at Street Road and Old Lincoln Highway. They will be issued citation.

On March 31 at 4:57 p.m., Thomas Coffin, 32, of the 4000 block of Tudor Street, Philadelphia, was charged with harassment in the 500 block of Regis Court. He will receive a summons.

On April 1 at 2:23 a.m., a 17-year-old male from Bensalem was arrested in the 1300 block of Gibson Road and charged with aggravated assault with a weapon and aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangering another person and harassment. He was taken to Edison Juvenile Detention Center.

On April 1 at 9:06 a.m., Felix Rocque Castillo, 29, of the 2900 block of Atlantic Brigantine Boulevard., Brigantine, NJ, was arrested in the 2900 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Delaware County. He was turned over to the Delaware County Sheriff’s Department.

On April 1 at 10:32 a.m., Donald V. Cherry, 60, of the 3700 block of Conshohocken Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2200 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Delaware County. He was turned over to the Delaware County Sheriff’s Department.

On April 1 at 10:43 a.m., Andre Day, 44, of the 3400 block of Knights Road, was arrested in the 3400 block of Knights Road and charged with simple assault and harassment. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

On April 1 at 5:33 p.m., Paul D. Kelly, 53, of the 1900 block of Byberry Road, was arrested at Lincoln and Old Lincoln highways on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.
