Police Make 15 Weekend Arrests
Charges included forgery, theft, identity theft, aggravated assault, weapons, terroristic threats, harassment, public drunkenness, underage drinking and receiving stolen property.
Between June 24 and June 26, Bensalem police made the following arrests:
On June 24 at 12:19 p.m., Keith Byrd, 39, of the 2300 block of Fernon Street, Philadelphia was arrested in the 1900 block of Byberry Road and charged with forgery, receiving stolen property, theft by deception and identity theft. He was released on $75,000 unsecured bail.
On June 24 at 1:15 p.m., Mario A. Digidio, 47, of the 1300 block of Park Avenue, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was issued a citation.

On June 24 at 1:34 p.m., Lacey Finney, 20, of the 300 block of Appletree Drive, Levittown, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.
On June 24 at 8:06 p.m., David Furth, III, 49, with no fixed address, was arrested in the 3000 block of Bristol Road and charged with aggravated assault with a weapon, simple assault with a weapon, terroristic threats and harassment. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $200,000 bail.

On June 24 at 10:13 p.m., Shawn Gibson, 52, of the 12000 block of Deer Run Road, Philadelphia, was charged with public drunkenness in the 1900 block of Bristol Pike. He will receive a citation.
On June 24 at 11:35 p.m., William Smalley, 44, of the 2200 block of New Falls Road, Levittown, was charged with public drunkenness at William Penn Drive and Brentwood Road. He will receive a citation.
On June 24 at 11:44 p.m., Efrain Figueroa Lopez, 34, of the 500 block of Turner Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2900 block of Street Road and charged with public drunkenness. He was issued a citation.
On June 25 at 2:52 a.m., John Daniele Gladwin, Jr., 19, of the 600 block of Durham Place, was arrested at State Road and Maria Circle and charged with underage drinking. He was issued a citation.
On June 25 at 3:03 p.m., Tori Lynn Allen, 28, of the 2700 block of Galloway Road, was arrested in the 1800 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.
On June 25 at 10:01 p.m., Warren Russell O’Connell, Jr., 19, of the 1900 block of Veterans Highway, Levittown, was arrested Street Road and Brookwood Drive and charged with receiving stolen property and possession of an instrument of crime. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.
On June 26 at 9:25 a.m., James Raymond Moore, Jr., 50, of the 12000 block of Balston Road, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. He was released on unsecured bail.
On June 26 at 12:27 p.m., a 14-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy, both from Philadelphia, were charged with defiant trespass in the 3100 block of Donallen Drive. They will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel (YAP).
On June 26 at 5:34 p.m., a 14-year-old boy form Philadelphia was arrested at the Sears Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. A Juvenile Criminal Allegation will be filed.
On June 26 at 7:15 p.m., Ryan Ogara, 22, of the 30 block of Park Avenue, Rockledge, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.
