Police Make 16 Weekend Arrests

Charges included theft, warrants, conspiracy, trespassing, child endangerment and DUI.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Between Feb. 3-5, made the following arrests:

On Feb. 3 at 11:51 a.m., Elaine Regina Greenhalgh, 46, of the 9900 block of Crestmont Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2700 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail.

On Feb. 3 at 1:02 p.m., Sherry Shuster, 58, of the 5700 block of Arcadia Court, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She will receive a summons.

On Feb. 3 at 2:02 p.m., George Kwame Payne, 28, was arrested in the 2800 block of Street Road on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On Feb. 3 at 4:48 p.m., Oscar Bellamy, 32, of the 100 block of Trenton Road, Fairless Hills, and Iljahtoa Amen-Rah, 25, of the 2000 block of E. Victoria Street, Philadelphia, were arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. They were sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail each.

On Feb. 3 at 5:10 p.m., Robert Hardy, 52, of the 5200 block of W. Montgomery Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested at the , and charged with retail theft. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.

On Feb. 3 at 5:16 p.m., Nigeria T. Queen, 20, of the 90 block of Sprint Street, Trenton; Shihid Terry, 18, of the 10 block of Humbolt Street, Trenton; and Steven Bowen, 21, of the 100 block of Emory Avenue, Trenton, were arrested in the 2300 block Street Road, and charged with retail theft, criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property, fleeing and eluding police and possession of an instrument of crime. Queen was also charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving injury/property damage and failure to render aid or give information. They were sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail each.

On Feb. 3 at 8:36 p.m., Christilee Barry, 27, of the 20 block Henry Avenue, Feasterville was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. She was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On Feb. 3 at 11:55 p.m., Scott Colin Gilchrist, 22, of Goldridge Drive, Levittown, was arrested at Street and Hulmeville roads on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department. 

On Feb. 4 at 1:53 a.m., Sean M. O’Donnell, 34, of the 200 block of Buckshire Drive, Holland, was arrested in the 2300 block of Galloway Road and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Feb. 4 at 2:37 p.m., Thomas James Newman, 39, of the 1600 block of Fairview Avenue, Langhorne, was arrested in the 4700 block of Indian Spring Avenue, Trevose and charged with defiant trespassing. He was issued a citation.                                   

On Feb. 5 at 7:52 a.m., Loretta Hall, 30, of the 1600 block of Durham Road, Langhorne, was arrested in the 3100 block of Knights Road and charged with child endangerment and reckless endangering. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

On Feb. 5 at 6:45 p.m., John P. Breault, 34, of the 500 block of Bell’s Court, was arrested in the 2300 block of New Market Square and charged with simple assault. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

On Feb. 5 at 8:14 p.m., Arthur Lee Mackenzie III, 35, of the 1800 block of Garfield Avenue, Croydon, was arrested in the 1300 block of Bristol Pike on an outstanding warrant out of Bristol Township. He was turned over to Bristol Township Police.
