Police Make 17 Weekend Arrests

Charges included DUI, theft, warrants, disorderly conduct and assault.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Between Sept. 30 and Oct. 1, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Sept. 30 at 12:45 a.m., Basilo Martinez, 56, of East Stroudsburg, was arrested in the 2800 block of Street Road and charged with disorderly conduct. He was issued a citation.

On Sept. 30 at 1:08 a.m., Mikikumar Patel, 25, of the 2500 block of Knights Road, was arrested in the 3300 block Richlieu Road and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Sept. 30 at 6:04 p.m., Mitchell Cohen, 41, of the 3000 block of Bristol Road, was arrested at Street Road and Lincoln Highway on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On Sept. 30 at 7:48 p.m., Magaly C. Cameron, 36, of the 1200 block of Neshaminy Valley Drive, was arrested at his residence and charged with simple assault and harassment. She was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.

On Sept. 30 at 9:35 p.m., Matthew L. Crall, 33, of the 30 block of S. Main Street, Cranberry, N.J., was charged with public drunkenness in the 2900 block of Street Road. He will receive a summons.

On Oct. 1 at 2:13 a.m., Robert Leveston, 32, with no fixed address, was arrested in the 3900 block of Rockhill Drive and charged with terroristic threats, resisting arrest disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $2,500 bail.

On Oct. 1 at 11 a.m., William George Senss, 45, of the 1100 block of Emerson Lane, was arrested in the 1300 block of Bristol Pike on an outstanding fugitive from justice warrant out of Osceola County, Florida. He was sent to Bucks County Prison to await extradition.

On Oct. 1 at 3:31 p.m., a 16-year-old male from Bensalem was arrested in the 2500 block of Knights Road and charged with two counts each of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. He was sent to Edison Youth Detention Center.

On Oct. 1 at 3:42 p.m., a 14-year-old male from Philadelphia was arrested at the , and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

On Oct. 1 at 5:45 p.m., Jesus Alejandre, 22, of the 2500 block of Knights Road, was arrested at his residence and charged with terroristic threats, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.

On Oct. 1 at 9:50 p.m., Cynthia Ann Fluharty, 38, of the 1100 block of Elberta Avenue,  was arrested at Street Road and Tillman Drive, and charged with DUI. She will receive a summons.

On Oct. 2 at 1:20 a.m., Donald Leenail Sheats, 45, of the 1000 block of Windsor Drive, Bristol, was arrested at Street Road and Bristol Pike on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On Oct. 2 at 2:08 a.m., Michael Moses Ward, 39, of the 500 block of Barrington Place, Lansdale, was arrested at the 2900 block of Street Road and charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. He was issued citations.

On Oct. 2 at 2:25 a.m., Lisa Steigerwalter, 25, of the 800 block of Warrington Avenue, Warrington, was arrested in the 3300 block of Richlieu Road and charged with DUI. She will receive a summons.

On Oct. 2 at 2:24 p.m., three male juveniles, ages 15, 16 and 17, all from Bensalem, were arrested in the 1900 block of Park Avenue and charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy. One was sent to Edison Juvenile Detention Center. Juvenile criminal allegation will be filed for the others.
