Police Make 17 Weekend Arrests

Charges included assault, reckless endangerment, warrants, illegal dumping, theft and public drunkenness.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Between March 2-4, made the following arrests:

On March 2 at 2:05 a.m., John Breese, 28, of the 1600 block of Neshaminy Valley Drive, was arrested at his residence and charged with two counts each aggravated assault and simple assault and three counts of reckless endangering another person. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.

On March 2 at 2:10 a.m., Victoria Salomon, 25, of Carter Avenue, Langhorne, was arrested in the 2900 block Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. She was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On March 2 at 10:29 a.m., Marvens Cadet, 23, of the 1200 block of McKinley Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at Lincoln Highway and the Pa. Turnpike and charged with false ID to law enforcement, driving without a license, suspended registration and no insurance. He will receive a summons.

On March 2 at 2 p.m., Deborah Fasoline, 54, of the 2600 block of Madara Road, was charged with illegal dumping in the 3400 block of Street Road. She will be issued a citation.

On March 2 at 4:12 p.m., the following Philadelphia residents were arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. They will receive a summons. Teresa M. Young, 40 and Anthony Young, 42, both of the 100 block of Monroe Street, and Edward Daniel Wiest, Jr., 22, of the 1300 block of E. Hewson Street.

On March 2 at 5 p.m., Dawn Marie Shull, 39, of the 3600 block of Salina Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

On March 2 at 6:49 p.m., Rebecca Eleanor Di Giovani, 30, of the 4200 block of Greenmount Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 1300 block of Bristol Pike, and charged with retail theft. She was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.

On March 3 at 2:27 p.m., Walter Llewellyn III, 50, of the 400 block of Wicker Avenue, was arrested in the 400 block Wicker Avenue, and charged with simple assault. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.

On March 3 at 8:30 p.m., James Thomas Barber, 47, of the 3700 block of Meridian Drive, was arrested in the 3100 block of Galloway Road and charged with public drunkenness. He was issued a citation.

On March 3 at 8:33 p.m., Marvin K. Thompson, 30, of the 600 block of Anchor Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at Street Road and Racetrack Drive and charged with carrying a firearm without a license. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.

On March 4 at 1:05 a.m., Khaled Ramad Elsharkawy, 31, of the 200 block of Lazaretto Road, Prospect Park, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was issued a citation.

On March 4 at 3:24 a.m., Ryan Jeffrey Potts, 21, of the 500 block of Amherst Square, was arrested at Bensalem Boulevard and Wayland Avenue and charged with public drunkenness. He will be issued a citation.

On March 4 at 6:42 a.m., Steven James Keiter, 23, of the 3800 block of Bensalem Boulevard, was arrested at his residence and charged with simple assault. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.

On March 4 at 5:36 p.m., Richard A. Walls, 41 and Jamie Russ-Walls, 37, both of the 3600 block of Red Lion Road, Philadelphia, were arrested in the 600 block of Bristol Pike on outstanding Federal Fugitive from Justice warrants. They were turned over to US Marshalls.
