Police Make 17 Weekend Arrests

Charges included warrants, public drunkenness, retail theft, assault, resisting arrests and disorderly conduct.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Between June 8-11, made the following arrests:

On June 8 at 12:57 a.m., Andrew Coles, Jr., 52, of the 2300 block of Linconia Avenue, Trevose, was arrested at Lincoln Highway and Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. In addition, he was charged with disorderly conduct. He was issued a citation for the disorderly conduct then turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On June 8 at 1:20 a.m., Charles Sherwin, 39, of the 6200 block of Old York Road, Philadelphia, was charged with public drunkenness at Street Road and Murray Avenue. He was issued a citation.

On June 8 at 7:25 a.m., Kimberly Ann Davis, 42, of the 5100 block of Cadigan Court, was arrested at Hulmeville Road and Gibson Road and charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, failure to render aid/give information, driving with a suspended license and following too close. She will receive a summons.

On June 8 at 3:16 p.m., Sindy Gamez, 25, of the 500 block of Lalor Street, Trenton, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

On June 8 at 3:26 p.m., Dana Marie Bilger, 21, of the 1900 block of S. Hicks Street, Philadelphia, and Tashineek Latasha Chapman, 24, of the 1700 block of St. Pail Street, Philadelphia, were arrested at the , and charged with retail theft. They were issued citations.

On June 8 at 9:12 p.m., Jeffrey Imle, 20, of the 9500 block of Walley Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3600 block of Street Road on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On June 9 at 11:17 a.m., Matthew Steven Hohrath, 19, of the 2900 block of Knights Road, was arrested in the 2900 block of Knights Road and charged with retail theft. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail.

On June 9 at 1:27 p.m., William T. Sweeny, 41, of Appletree Drive, Levittown, was arrested in the 3800 block of Neshaminy Boulevard on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.           

On June 9 at 4:15 p.m., a 15-year-old female and a 16-year-old female, both from Bensalem, were charged with retail theft in the 2300 block Street Road. They will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel (YAP).

On June 9 at 6:30 p.m., Howard Jeffers, 29, of the 1000 block of Bristol Pike, was arrested in the 1800 block of Street Road on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On June 9 at 8:46 p.m., Frederick O. Rivers, 42, of the 4200 block of N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.

On June 9 at 9:05 p.m., Nagini Nasiri, 19, of the 2600 block of Tremont Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3900 block of Rockhill Drive and charged with aggravated assault on a police officer, simple assault, obstructing the administration of law, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.

On June 9 at 9:05 p.m., Ashraf Jalil, 29, of the 9400 block of Kensington Avenue, was arrested in the 3900 block of Rockhill Drive and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct He will receive a summons.

On June 10 at 2:09 a.m., Benjamin M. Gregory, 35, of Runford Court, Lancaster, was charged with public drunkenness in the 2200 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose. He was issued a citation.

On June 10 at 8:50 a.m., Norman Price, 49, of the 100 block of N. 17th Street, Harrisburg, was arrested on an outstanding PA State Warrant out of Harrisburg. He was sent to Bucks County prison to await State Police out of Harrisburg.           

On June 11 at 3:15 a.m., Edward F. Claderon, 40, of the 1800 block of 3rd. Street, Langhorne, was charged with public drunkenness in the 3600 block of Street Road. He was issued a citation.
