Police Make 19 Weekend Arrests

Charges included warrants, retail theft, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and contempt.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Between May 25-27, made the following arrests:

On May 25 at 8 a.m., Ace Allen Ivy, 47, of the 200 block of Market Street, Harrisburg, was arrested in the 2300 block Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Harrisburg. He was taken to Bucks County Prison.

On May 25 at 8 a.m., Lisa Shambaugh, 38, of the 300 block of North 3rd Street, Harrisburg, was arrested in the 2300 block Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Cumberland County. She was turned over to Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department.           

On May 25 at 10:41 a.m., Gerald C. Bailey, 28, of the 9400 block of Ashton Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

On May 25 at 6:28 p.m., Heather Elizabeth Thompson, 38, of the 500 block of Knightsbridge Court, was arrested in the 3400 block of Street Road and charged with public drunkenness. She will receive a citation.

On May 26 at 8:52 p.m., Mark Golic, 20, of the 600 block of Hogeland Lane, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

On May 27 at 3:17 a.m., William Kreiger, 41, of the 12000 block of Chilton Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with public drunkenness. He will receive a citation.

On May 27 at 10:35 a.m., Horacio Alarcon Triana, 44, of the 3500 block of Woodhaven Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2500 block of Street Road and charged with theft of services. He was issued a citation.                       

On May 27 at 12:47 p.m., Blair Williams, 22, of the 3200 block of Haverford Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.

On May 27 at 3:32 p.m., Zachary Zimmer, 31, of the 2800 block of Century Lane, was arrested in the 2700 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. He was released on $40,000 unsecured bail.

On May 27 at 5:40 p.m., Manuel Loja, 40, Miguel Albarraca, 39 and Antonio Perez, 40, all of the 2500 block of Knights Road, were charged with public drunkenness. Albarraca and Perez will receive citations. Loja was turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement due to his alien status.            

On May 27 at 6:33 p.m., Santos Pacheco-Vega, 45, David Rodriguez, 46, Filipe Nieves Uvera, 42 and Rico Rodriguez, 27, all of the 3200 block of Hulmeville Road, were charged with public drunkenness. David Rodriguez and Rico Rodriguez will receive citations. Santos Pacheo-Vega and Felipe Nieves Uvera were turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement due to their alien status.

On May 27 at 6:41 p.m., James R. Hoover, 25, of the 3400 block of Oakford Avenue, Trevose, was arrested in the 3600 block of Bristol Road and charged with indirect criminal contempt. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

On May 27 at 11:12 p.m., Guy Hornikle, Jr., 33, of the 1300 block of Pinyon Street, Trevose, was arrested in the 3900 block of Brownsville Road on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On May 27 at 11:12 p.m., Jason L. Goodbred, 33, of the 600 block of Myrtle Avenue, Trevose, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 3900 block of Brownsville Road. He will receive a citation.
