Police Make 21 Weekend Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Between Feb. 17-20, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Feb. 17 at 9:08 a.m., Daniel Steven Sweeny, 32, of the 2900 block of Wexford Road, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On Feb. 17 at 9:08 a.m., Jonathan Johnson, 25, of the 4200 block of Grove Avenue, Trevose, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Lower Southampton Township. He was turned over to Lower Southampton Police.

On Feb. 17 at 12:42 p.m., Joseph H. Bates, Jr., 47, of the 3300 block of Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia was arrested in the 4100 block of Street Road on an outstanding warrant out of Hermitage, PA. He was sent to Bucks County Prison to await Hermitage Police.

On Feb. 17 at 4:48 p.m., Jacqueline Marie Smith, 47, of the 1100 block of Gravel Pike, was arrested at Bristol Pike and Woodhaven Road on an outstanding warrant out of Stroudsburg, PA. She was sent to Bucks County Prison to await Stroudsburg Sheriff’s Department.

On Feb. 17 at 11:17 p.m., Christopher Rychalsky, 39, of the 400 block of Robin Road, Hatboro, was arrested at Street Road and Mechanicsville Road and charged with DUI, no registration and repair/sell offensive weapon. He will receive a summons.

On Feb. 18 at 12:25 a.m., Sonya M. Pendleton, 43, of the 17000 block of N. Wilton Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at Old Lincoln Highway and Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with disorderly conduct. She will receive a citation.

On Feb. 18 at 2:09 a.m., Eric Kolla, 23, of the 6000 block of Buckingham Drive, was arrested in the 1700 block of Street Road and charged with DUI, failure to drive within the lane and careless driving. He will receive a summons.

On Feb. 18 at 2:38 a.m., William Barber, 49, of the 1500 block of Oriole Drive, was arrested at his residence and charged with simple assault and harassment. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.

On Feb. 18 at 8:09 a.m., Mateen S. Johnson, 34, of the 1200 block of 11th Avenue, Altoona, was arrested in the 2700 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Altoona. He was transported to Bucks County Prison to await Altoona Police.

On Feb. 18 at 11 a.m., Gary French, 29, of the 7100 block of Edmund Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3900 block of Rockhill Drive and charged with retail theft. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $2,500 bail.

On Feb. 18 at 3:39 p.m., Morris Derry, 38, of the 4200 block of Welsh Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

On Feb. 18 at 6:18 p.m., Astrit Gani Zyberaj, 45, of the 3200 block of Sarmiento Drive, was arrested at the Sears Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

On Feb. 18 at 8:39 p.m., Arturo Romero, 48, of the 3000 block of Street Road, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose in the on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On Feb. 19 at 8:06 a.m., Pedro Miguel Silva, 32, of the 9800 block of Northeast Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3100 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with simple assault, harassment, resisting arrest, reckless endangering another person, obstructing a highway and disorderly conduct. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail.

On Feb. 19 at 3:18 p.m., Michael S. Weaver, 46, of the 8900 block of Roosevelt Boulevard, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 4800 block of Hulmeville Road, and charged with public drunkenness. He will receive a citation.

On Feb. 19 at 5:13 p.m., Jennifer Monteiro, 38, of the 200 block of Belmont Avenue, Croydon, was arrested at Debra Drive and Richardson Avenue and charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. She will receive a citation.

On Feb. 20 at 12:37 a.m., Jonathan T. McLaughlin, age 20, of the 4600 block of N. River Road, was arrested at Bristol Road and Wellington Drive and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Feb. 20 at 7:35 a.m., Trana Loglisci, 41, of the 2800 block of Mechanicsville Road, was arrested at her residence and charged with access device fraud. She was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.

On Feb. 20 at 9:04 a.m., Thomas Zebrowski, 27, of the 1400 block of Custom House Square, was arrested at his residence and charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.

On Feb. 20 at 12:28 p.m., Dawn Denise Bauhof, 43, of the 3300 block of Rose Avenue, Trevose, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.           

On Feb. 20 at 6:38 p.m., a 16-year-old male from Bristol was arrested at the FYE Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. He will be referred to the Youth Aid Program.
