Police Make 24 Weekend Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Between Aug. 19-21, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Aug. 19 at 2:17 a.m., Carlos Rivera, 24, of the 900 block of Waring Avenue, Bronx, N.Y., was arrested in the 5100 block of Hunters Court, and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangering another person, loitering/prowling at night, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail.

On Aug 19 at 10:05 a.m., John S. Gallen, 54, of the 300 block of Rutgers Court, was arrested in the 3500 block of Street Road, and charged with forgery, fraud and ID theft. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $70,000 bail.

On Aug. 19 at 4:11 p.m., Raymond Joseph Connor, 58, of the 4000 block of Mulberry Avenue, Trevose, was charged with public drunkenness in the 3900 block Rockhill Drive. He will receive a citation.

On Aug. 19 at 4:46 p.m., Nicole Clarke, 38, of the 2000 block of Chatham Street, was arrested in the 2300 block Street Road, and charged with retail theft. She will receive a summons.

On Aug. 20 at 10:16 a.m., Henry Farrell, 48, of Boca Raton, Fla. was arrested in the 2400 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with public drunkenness. He was issued a citation.

On Aug. 20 at 10:36 a.m., Lynn Wharton, 52, of the 1600 block of Wakeling Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3400 block Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with disorderly conduct. She will receive a citation.

On Aug. 20 at 12:21 p.m., Valdis Mathis, 39, of the 1400 block of Greeby Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2400 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On Aug. 20 at 6:33 p.m., a 16-year-old male from Philadelphia was arrested in the 3900 block of Rockhill Drive and charged with simple assault and harassment. Juvenile Criminal Allegations will be filed.

On Aug. 20 at 6:58 p.m., Christina Edington, 53, of the 80 block of Longcross Road, Levittown, was charged with public drunkenness in the 3600 block of Street Road. He will receive a citation.

On Aug. 21 at 1:56 a.m., the following were charged with disorderly conduct in the 1900 block of Hollandale Drive. They will receive citations. Ricky Kyle Williams, Jr., of the 100 block of N. Green Street, Langhorne; Edualo James Fleurissaint, 26, of the 300 block of Hights Lane, Trevose; Jessica L. Bailey, 21, of the 1400 block of Woodbourne Road, Langhorne; Michael Perkins, 21, of the 1100 block of Neshaminy Valley Drive; Miriam M. Borges, 20, of the 100 block of Green Street, Langhorne; a 16-year-old male from Bensalem and a 16-year-old male from Langhorne. The following were charged with disorderly conduct and underage drinking. Amber Lynn Matthews, 20, of the 2000 block of Brown Avenue and Jessica Cameron, 18, of the 500 block of Richardson Avenue, Langhorne.

On Aug. 21 at 10:30 a.m., the following were arrested on outstanding warrants out of Philadelphia. They were turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit. Christina Vacchiano, 31, of the 3000 block of Pine Road, Huntingdon Valley, and Luis R. Cruz, 41, of the 200 block of Thompson Road, Kennett Square.

On Aug. 21 at 6:13 p.m., Thomas O’Donnell, 57, of the 1200 block of Brookdale Avenue, Abington, was arrested in the 3700 block of Mechanicsville Road and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Aug. 21 at 6:22 p.m., Ian Murphy, 28, of the 4300 block of Chestnut Avenue, was arrested at his residence and charged with simple assault, indirect criminal contempt and harassment. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.

On Aug. 21 at 9:23 p.m., Joselito Durah, 23, of the 3100 block of Knights Road, was arrested in the 5400 block of Hulmeville Road and charged with DUI, driving with a suspended license, careless driving.  He will receive a summons.

On Aug. 21 at 10:11 p.m., Vladimir Vinokurov, 57, of the 15000 block of Stoney Lane, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2900 block of Street Road and charged with disorderly conduct. He was issued a citation.
