Police Make 26 Weekend Arrests

Between April 22 and April 24, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On April 22 at 2:28 a.m., Philip Degregorio, 19, of the 3500 block of Rose Avenue, Trevose, and Tyler Gallagher, 19, of the 100 block of Thunder Circle, along with a 16-year-old female and a 17-year-old female both from Bensalem were charged with underage drinking in the 3100 block of Drexel Road. They will receive non-traffic citations.

On April 22 at 7 a.m., Kevin Mundy, 51, of the 500 block of Sanger Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On April 22 at 10:13 a.m., Jose Luis Lopez Ortiz 30, of the 2900 block of Knights Road, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He was issued a non-traffic citation.

On April 22 at 3:09 p.m., Madeline Martinez, 31, of the 300 block of E. Eleanor Street, Philadelphia and Lymari Sanoguel, 38, of the 1800 block of E. Harold Street, Philadelphia, were arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. They were released on $2,000 unsecured bail each.

On April 22 at 6:02 p.m., Scott Kunkel, 18, of the 1800 block of Garfiled Street, Croydon, was arrested in the , and charged with retail theft. He was issued a non-traffic citation.

On April 22 at 6:20 p.m., Robert Ruiz, 57, of the 3300 block of N. 22nd Street, Philadelphia was arrested in the Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft and disorderly conduct. He was issued non-traffic citations.

On April 22 at 9:15 p.m., Gelu Garaba, 56, of the 6000 block of 75th Avenue, Queens, N.Y., was arrested and charged with public drunkenness. He will receive a non-traffic citation.

On April 22 at 10:15 p.m., Amador Torres, 52, of the 100 block of Cedar Avenue, Croydon, and Nina Williams, 44, of the 3200 block of W. Diamond Street, Philadelphia were arrested in the 2900 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on outstanding warrants out of Philadelphia. They were turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On April 22 at 10:57 p.m., a 13-year-old male from Bensalem, a 14-year-old male and 15-year-old male, both from Bristol, and a 14-year-old female and a 13-year-old female both Levittown, were charged with defiant trespass in the 200 block of Thunder Circle. They received non-traffic citations.

On April 23 at 5:26 p.m., Joseph Gilbert, 52, of the 4800 block of Bensalem Boulevard, was arrested at Street Road and Brookwood Drive and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On April 23 at 5:28 p.m., Susan Jean Molle, 41, of the 200 block of Erica Terrace, Philadelphia was arrested in the 3400 block Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She was issued a non-traffic citation.

On April 23 at 6:08 p.m., Daniel Patrick McCormick, 23, of the 2200 block of Dunksferry Road, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County and charged with retail theft. He was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On April 23 at 7:31 p.m., Joey Michael Rosenwald, 22, of the 2600 block of Woodsview Drive, was arrested at the Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. He was issued a non-traffic citation.

On April 23 at 8:33 p.m., a 16-year-old male from Philadelphia was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property and possession of an instrument of crime. Two 15-year-old males from Philadelphia were arrested and charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy. Juvenile Criminal Allegations will be filed.

On April 24 at 1 p.m., Colleen Megan Freeling, 28, of the 5700 block of Michael Drive, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She was issued a non-traffic citation.

On April 24 at 1:51 p.m., Maryanne Sacco, 47, of the 5300 block of Marsden Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2100 block Lillian Drive and charged with indirect criminal contempt. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

On April 24 at 2:30 p.m., John Curtis Parker, 39, of the 3500 block of Iris Avenue, Trevose, was arrested at his residence and charged with harassment. He was issued a non-traffic citation.
