Police Make A Dozen Weekend Arrests

Charges included burglary, theft, trespassing, DUI, assault, warrants, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

The following arrest information was supplied by Bensalem police. It does not indicate a conviction.

Between June 16 and June 19, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On June 16 at 9:25 p.m., Ryan P. Macilvian, age 28, with no fixed address, was arrested in the 3300 block of Johns Court and charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.

On June 17 at 12:03 a.m., Maggie Kelly, 27, of the 1400 block of E. Hopewell Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at State Road and Camer Drive and charged with DUI, careless driving, failure to drive on the right side of the roadway and driving without headlights. She will receive a summons.

On June 17 at 10:50 a.m., a 16-year-old male from Bensalem was arrested in the 3400 block of Bristol Pike and charged with simple assault. He will receive a summons.

On June 17 at 12:16 p.m., Tola Omotoyo, 20, of the 200 block of Carra Dr., Yeadon, was arrested in the 2700 block of Street Road and charged with theft by unlawful taking. She will receive a summons.

On June 17 at 12:40 p.m., James Confair, 50, of the 62000 block of Delaire Landing Road, Philadelphia, was arrested at the Hallmark Store, and charged with retail theft. He was issued a non-traffic citation.

On June 17 at 1:01 p.m., Angel Soto, 24, of the 800 block of N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at the Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. He was issued a non-traffic citation.

On June 18 at 5:21 a.m., Karen L. McCoy, 34, of the 1800 block of Chestnut Avenue, Trenton, was arrested at Old Lincoln Highway and Street Road on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. She was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On June 18 at 6:31 a.m., James Alfred Gates, 46, with no fixed address, was arrested in the 4100 block of Bristol Road, Trevose and charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.

On June 18 at 3:26 p.m., Russell L. Ashburn, 30, of the 2900 block of Winder Drive, was arrested in the 200 block of Street Road on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On June 18 at 5:44 p.m., Melanie A. Sauer, 51, of the 3300 block of Carroll Court, was arrested at her residence and charged with simple assault and harassment. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.

On June 19 at 12:59 a.m., Derrick Jason Geisen, 27, of the 2500 block of Dunksferry Road, was charged with public drunkenness. He will receive a non-traffic citation.

On June 19 at 1:05 a.m., Miguel Santiago, 40, of the 5100 block of Cadigan Court, was arrested at his residence and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. He was issued non-traffic citations.
