Police Make Arrests for Public Drunkenness, Weapons Offenses, Warrants

Three Philadelphia men charged in Bensalem.

On April 4, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 1:44 a.m., Mohamed Zehani, 26, of the 7400 block of Dorcas Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3600 block of Street Road and charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. He was issued citations.

At 11:50 a.m., Martin Hernandez, 21, of the 2800 block of Tulip Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2200 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with carrying a firearm without a license, firearms not to be carried and receiving stolen property. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $750,000 cash bail.

At 4 p.m., James Delease, 44, of the 100 block of W. Tulpehocken Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2900 block of Lincoln HIghway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Phila. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.
