Police Make Eight Monday Arrests

Charges included warrants, retail theft, public drunkenness and peddling without a license.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Monday, June 25, made the following arrests:

At 1:14 a.m., Byron Alay-Giron, 35, of the 2500 block of Knights Road was charged with public drunkenness in the 2500 block of Knights Road. He as issued a citation.

At 11:30 a.m., Charles Gall, 57, of the 3100 block of Newportville Road, Bristol, was arrested in the 2400 block of Byberry Road on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

At 12:17 p.m., Rhaeem Gladney, 22, of the 3100 block of Custard Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at the , and charged with retail theft. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail.

At 3:54 p.m., Carol Marshall, 43, of the 800 block of Stella Avenue, Croydon, was arrested in the 2200 block of Bristol Road and charged with retail theft, false written statements and disorderly conduct She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.

At 4:20 p.m., Hamad Alfroukhy, 47, of the 1500 block of Stevens Street, Philadelphia, was charged with violation of township Code Prohibiting peddling/selling without a license in the 3300 block of Richlieu Road. He was issued a citation.

At 5:06 p.m., Florence B. Keller, 52, of the 2100 block of Hoffnagle Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at the , Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

At 5:06 p.m., Jessica Berger, 25, of the 3400 block of Tilton Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at the Boscov’s’ Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.

At 8:15 p.m., Phillip Boyd, 50, of the 4100 block of Portsmouth Court, was arrested at his residence on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.
