Police Make Eight Theft Arrests
The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.
On Tuesday, Aug. 14, made the following arrests:
At 12:03 p.m., Four female juveniles from Philadelphia, ages 12, 13, 14 and 15, were arrested at the , and charged with retail theft, criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property. Juvenile criminal allegations will be filed.

At 1:29 p.m., Kevin Cross, 33, of the 3700 block of President Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2700 block Street Road and charged with retail theft. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
At 3:56 p.m., Victor Thomas Campagna, 22, of the 30 block of Balsam Road, Levittown, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

At 5:05 p.m., Shawn M. Dahms, 27, of the 100 block of Jericho Road, Tuckerton, NJ, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He will receive a summons.
At 9:47 p.m., David Anthony Neithercott, 21, of the 30 block of Hampton Drive, Southampton, was arrested in the 3400 block Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.
